4) Take Vitamin C (30 mg/day MAXIMUM) and Echinacea. All in combination will help keep your immune system up and empowered.
Are you running a fever?
1) Sleep off the fever. A fever is your body’s way of destroying infection. Very few, if any, bacteria and viruses can live in a body temperature above 102-104 degrees for an extended period of time greater than 48 hours. Sweat it out. Drink lots of water and avoid dairy products during this time.
2) Get in for treatment as soon as you can. Following the above treatment recommendations can help you recover and boost your immune system to avoid a relapse.
